Jon Bogner has over 45 years of experience practicing as an attorney in western North Dakota. Jon was born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Dickinson State University and his law degree from the University of North Dakota. Jon's extensive experience assists clients in oil and gas matters, real estate, probate, and estate planning.
In his free time, Jon enjoys walking, reading, mentoring young attorneys, and volunteering with senior-focused community organizations. |
Bruce A. selinger

Bruce has served the western North Dakota area for over 30 years. During this time, Bruce has built a practice that focuses mainly on real estate, probate, and oil and gas matters. Bruce grew up in New England, North Dakota and attended Dickinson State University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Bruce attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where he obtained his Master's in Business Administration. Bruce then went on to law school at the University of North Dakota and has been practicing in the Dickinson area ever since.
Outside of his legal practice, Bruce is involved in Dickinson Catholic Schools and the Engel Kesting Foundation. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys pheasant hunting, golfing, and spending time at the lake with his family. |

Jared W. Gietzen

Since 2014, Jared has represented clients across North Dakota in Municipal, State, and Federal District Court proceedings, with his primary practice areas including criminal defense and civil litigation.
Jared grew up in western North Dakota on his family’s farm and ranch near Glen Ullin. After graduating high school, Jared went on to receive his bachelor’s degree from Minot State University before attending the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he received his J.D., with honors, in 2013. In his spare time, Jared enjoys outdoor recreation, watching football, cooking, and spending time with his family. |

Olivia L. Krebs

Olivia has been serving western North Dakota as an attorney since 2017, specializing in probate and estates, municipal law, business maintenance, and real estate transactions. She is licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana.
Olivia grew up in Taylor, North Dakota. She attended South Dakota State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Business Economics. Olivia received her J.D. magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE, in 2017. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband while chasing their young twins and shiba inu, Shinobi. |

Lindsay is a legal assistant with 15 years of experience. Lindsay specializes in probate, real estate, and oil and gas matters.
Lindsay was born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota. After graduating from Dickinson High School, she went on to live in Colorado and Vermont before returning to Dickinson. Lindsay obtained her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University and then joined the team at KBRS in 2011. She enjoys assisting clients and attorneys through different types of legal matters. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her two kids. |

Vic grew up in Beach, ND. She graduated from Minnesota State Community Technical College with a degree in Medical Transcription and Medical Coding and Insurance. Vic specializes in real estate and personal injury matters.
Outside of work, Vic enjoys hiking, traveling, and photography. She is devoted to spending time with her family and supporting her children in their various activities and events.
